1. All HACKER Demo reviews require a majority vote by the association clan leaders to be on our ban list. This will be based on how many actually review and vote / post about the accused hacker. ( this is still up in the air, we may in fact just exchange ban lists, etc..will be voted on )

2. If the accused hacker is in your clan, you may be involved in the discussion, but not the vote, this applies to all, no exceptions, site and association admins included.

3. We, the clan leaders and Admins are the leaders of this community, must conduct ourselves in an appropriate manner.

4.  If you have any inter-clan issues we are here to mediate and resolve them in a peaceful manner. We are here to make this community and game a better place to be a part of.

5. Unresolved, "BEEFS" or "GRUDGES" between rival clans, can and will be mediated this possibly by an outside, non involved Clan leader.

6. ALL Clan Leaders, Server Admins, or Clan Appointed Officers are welcome and WILL have an equal vote on issues anddiscussions. If you are demoted by your clan, you will no longer be eligible for UrT C.L.A. Membership, but are still welcome on the site!

7. ALL Clan leaders are welcome!

8. All clan leaders must put their clan and info into the web links section.
